• The slam balls are filled with sand with a very durable latex high density cover - they also do have an amount of air inside them
• Air valve on ball to increase density - there is no bounce to the slam ball as it is classified as a dead ball
• All balls are made at the same diameter from 3 to 12kg. Ball is bigger from 15kg up.
• Red color
• Note: slam balls 30kg and above need to have some air pumped. Do not over inflate
