The Leg Extension / Prone Leg Curl Machine enables you to work the quads and hamstrings on one machine, for a leg specific workout. A dual function piece of equipment, it's purpose is to targets the hamstrings muscles through the prone leg curl setting, and the quadriceps muscles through the leg extension setting.  As one of the fundamental strength training pieces of equipment in gyms today it offers users a dual form of training for precise leg workouts/ leg strength.

This machine features a pop-pin adjustment system making it simple to convert the machine from one setting to another, and multiple setting to adjust to fit your body perfectly, along with an adjustable seat and backpad. Doubling up as two machines in one it not only adds variety to training but gives users the ability to complete supersets without having to change machines.
